CARTA DE PAQUITA
A mis queridos alumnos del colegio Eugenio María de Hostos: ¿Os acordáis de aquel poema que leímos en clase que tanto os hizo reír?... Pues allá va:
DEBO SER ALGO TONTO (escrito por Gabriel Celaya)
DEBO ser algo tonto
porque a veces me ocurre que me pongo a hablar solo,
y digo cosas locas,
digo nombres bonitos de muchachas y barcos
o títulos de libros que nadie ha escrito nunca.
Debo ser algo tonto.
Babeo, grito y lloro.
Los verbos absolutos me llenan de ternura
y esas vocales sueltas, inútiles, redondas,
que vuelan para nada,
me elevan boquiabierto hacia no sé qué gozos.
Soy feliz y, por eso, también un poco tonto.
No os olvidaré. Os llevo siempre en mi corazón. Hasta luego, Paquita.
P.D.: Si puedo, me paso el año que viene a veros en la graduación ;).

Summer is coming!
This is the link to the document: English summary for summer. (Just in case the student loses the printed version).
CINEMA! We will watch the films on Thursday, 21st, June. FAMILIES & STUDENTS who want to come to school for watching the films MUST BE AT 16:25 next to the principal entrance (the ramp). I will open the gate and at 16:30 I will close the gate and accompany you to the classes. If you arrive late, you won't have access. Hence, BE PUNCTUAL. Or we will see you at 17:30 for the school party.
Note: It can be quite hot, so fresh drinks, fans, and pop-corn are welcome ;).
The Science Week is next week. If an adult needs to come to help their kid, they will be welcome too.
